THE LILY DEW by Matty Eggleston
Inner 2009 Dirty Sue cocktail competition- 2 ounces fino sherry
- 3/4 ounce Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Nocina della Christina or any good walnut liqueur
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue olive juice dash of Angostura bitters
- dash of Regan"s orange bitters
In a mixing glass, stir together the sherry, vermouth, walnut liqueur, olive juice and bitters with cracked ice until well chilled. Strain and serve in a cocktail coupe with an orange twist.
DIRTY DAISY by Blair Frodelius
Runner up 2009 Dirty Sue cocktail competition.- 3/4 ounce Sauza Anejo Commemorativo
- 1/2 oz Patron Citronage
- 1/4 oz Dirty Sue
- 1 tablespoon Modena Balsamic vinegar
Pour all into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and squeeze in a wedge of lime.
THE DIRTY SUE
- 3 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two olives.
THE DIRTY GARDEN
- 2oz Square One Cucumber
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dirty Sue
- 4 dashes of The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

THE HOT & DIRTY SUE
- 3 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
- 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives.
THE DIRTY SUE GIBSON
- 3 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with one onion and one olive.
THE LIGHT 'N DIRTY SUE
- 1 1/2 ounces of your favorite vodka
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
- 2 onces of soda water
Mix all ingredients over ice in a collins glass. Garnish with two olives.
THE DIRTY SUE "CLASSIC"
- 3 ounces of your favorite gin
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
"Rinse" a chilled martini glass with dry vermouth. Shake over ice and strain into the "rinsed" martini glass. Garnish with two olives.
THE DIRTY SUE SUNRISE
Fill a pint glass with ice. Mix equal parts light beer and tomato juice. Add a splash of Dirty Sue and hot sauce to taste. Garnish with a lime.
THE DIRTY SENORITA
- 3 ounces of your favorite tequila
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives. Try it Sombrero Style with a salted rim.
The FDR
- 3 ounces of your favorite gin
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
BARTENDER TIPS
- Add a splash of Dirty Sue to your favorite bloody mary mix.
- Vermouth "rinse" - add a small amount of dry vermouth to a martini glass. Swirl around the liquid until the sides are "rinsed" with vermouth. If you"ve added too much, toss the excess.
DIRTY LAUNDRY
- 2 oz. Tito"s Handmade Vodka
- 1 inch slice cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 3 lemon wedges
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 1/4 oz Dirty Sue
- 1 slice serrano pepper (1/2 inch)
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- dash of grapefruit bitters
Muddle cucumber and bell pepper. Add lemon and muddle. Add all other ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
